SDA Director Giles Merritt opened up this policymakers’ dinner with some tough questions about cyber-security: “What costs are involved, who will bear them? How do we balance between public and private? How do we try and create an international fabric of responsibility?”

The three heads of the UK’s security services – Sir John Sawers of MI6; Sir Iain Lobban of GCHQ; and Andrew Parker of MI5 – will appear live on TV before Parliament’s Intelligence and Security Committee (ISC) on Thursday, November 7th at 2 PM, local time.
